Why another EDC brand?

Most pocket tools are either disposable or over-engineered. We wanted a middle ground: a small set of objects that do one job well, feel good in the hand and get better with age.

Who we are

Pine Gauge started as a side project between an industrial designer and a machinist. The first prototypes were made for ourselves and a handful of friends.

How we work

Design and prototyping happen in-house. Machining is done by two partner workshops in the EU. We visit every partner and publish the material specification for each product.

What we don't do

No drop-shipping, no white-label products, no artificial scarcity.
